We do our best to get your order to you quickly and safely. Once it’s on the way, you’ll receive tracking info so you can follow its journey.

Please take a moment to double-check your shipping details at checkout — it really helps avoid any delays. If the address provided is incorrect and the parcel can’t be delivered, we’re not able to take responsibility for that.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit due to an issue on our end or with our delivery partners, we’ll make it right.

Postage and handling fees aren’t refundable for change-of-mind returns, and we’re not able to cover return shipping costs unless we’ve made an error or the item arrives damaged.
