Digital Products

Our digital products are non-refundable because they’re delivered instantly and can’t be returned once accessed. That said, we’re always here to help if anything isn’t working. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you run into any issues — we’ll do our best to assist.

Books & Print Products

We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or defective, just send us clear photos (including packaging) and we’ll make it right. If you’d like to return an item for any reason, we’re happy to review your request on a case by case basis. As a small business producing in limited quantities, we ask that returns be sent back in unused condition at your own cost.

Digital Gifts with Purchase

If your order includes a complimentary digital product and you later cancel or return your purchase, we’ll deduct the value of the digital item from your refund. This helps cover the cost of providing digital content, which is delivered instantly and can’t be revoked.
